

David is survived by his mother, Cynthia Shrine; his brother, Donald Lee, and sister-in-law Denise; and his daughter, Brittany Nicole Lee.
Throughout his life, David pursued a diverse range of professional endeavors. He worked as a Project Manager for several companies, where his keen organizational skills and leadership qualities shone through. He also worked as a dedicated stockbroker, assisting others in navigating the complexities of the financial world. In addition, David lent his compassion and expertise to the Veterans Affairs (V.A.) as a counselor, making a positive impact on the lives of veterans in need. Before his civilian career, David served as a medic specialist in the United States Army, demonstrating his commitment to serving his country and caring for others.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, David possessed a curious and inquisitive mind. He had a deep passion for genealogy and the research of ancestry, immersing himself in the exploration of family histories and uncovering the stories of those who came before. David's fascination with historical subjects was evident, and he would eagerly engage in discussions on a variety of topics. His thirst for knowledge and his desire to understand the past were an integral part of who he was.
David attended the University of South Carolina, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies. He later went on to earn a Master's degree in Human Resources, showcasing his commitment to personal growth and his dedication to expanding his skills and knowledge.
David Harold Lee will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.
A visitation will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home for David on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The celebration of life service will take place immediately following the visitation at Carolina Memorial Funeral Homes' chapel, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The burial will follow thereafter at Carolina Memorial Gardens with military honors.
