

Dikembe Angus, 28, formerly of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. He was a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force stationed in Hurlbert Field, Fort Walton Beach Florida.
Relatives and friends of Dikembe Angus are invited to attend his Funeral Service with Military Honors at 12 Noon on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Dikembe was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on August 21, 1996. He was the son of Philip Angus and Melissa Angus. He graduated from Irmo High School where he excelled as first chair bassist throughout his attendance.
Dikembe had a strong passion for board games and weightlifting. He was working on a prototype of a board game he designed before his untimely death. He lived in the gym and continuously tried new and different ways to develop his physique.
He is survived by his parents, Melissa Angus and Philip Angus. Dikembe was known for his humanity. There was no person he would not treat with decency and kindness.
The world lost a kind soul. Beloved son.
