Dorothy Neomi Kaminski

Dorothy is survived by her loving husband George Kaminski; her children Debbie Miller (Robert), Sheri Ellis (Travis), George Kaminski (Teresa), and Dawn McAllister; her grandchildren Robby (Lynn), Erick, Michael, Derek (Lauren), Dustin, Aaron, Kody, and Ashley; one great grandson Caden; and her sister Janet Coryea.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Delia and Matthew LaPorte; her sister Norma Cook; and her grandson Gerald Hicks.

Dorothy was a bright, colorful, and happy person who always had a smile on her face. She was a woman of faith who loved going to church. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing crafts and sewing. More than anything she loved spending time with her family. Dorothy is now at peace with her savior, and she will be forever loved and dearly missed by those who knew her.

A visitation will be held for Dorothy at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Friday July 21, 2023 from 6-8pm. A chapel funeral service will be held the following day on Saturday July 22, 2023 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow immediately after at Carolina Memorial Gardens. 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.
