She was born on July 20, 1972, in Charleston SC, to James and Gereane Sullivan.

AM, Monday, August 25, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 7113 Rivers Ave.,

North Charleston, SC 29406. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens.

Elisa graduated from Summerville High School and attended College of Charleston, finally receiving her master's degree from Georgia Southern University. She worked for various branches of the South Carolina State Government. In 2020, Elisa moved to England to assist with the care of her in-laws, who were both suffering from dementia. She enjoyed travel, visiting England, Italy, Czechia, Scotland, Canada and many US States. Elisa also liked to paint with watercolors, especially flowers.

Elisa is survived by her husband, Richard James Hayes; her mother, Gereane Sullivan; her brother, James (Randy) Randall Sullivan Jr.; her sister, Amy Elizabeth Larimer (Nicholas); her brother in law,John Studevant, as well as her niece, Serena Hayes and nephews, Jensen Taylor Studevant and Stanley Hayes. She was preceded in death by her father, James (Randy) Randall Sullivan, Sr.
