Frank Miles Baxley

Francis “Frank” Miles Baxley, 80, of Hanahan passed away peacefully at home per his wishes with his loving family by his side on June 22, 2015. He was born on August 13, 1934 in Bamberg, SC to Miles B. and Helen K. Baxley. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jean Neal Baxley of the home; children, Ricky Baxley of Goose Creek, Debra Stephens (Don) of North Charleston, and Cindy Baxley of Hanahan; grandchildren, Ricky Baxley, Jr. (Ashley) of Moncks Corner, Brett Stephens of St Kitts, West Indies, Ashley Baxley of Hanahan, Chad Davis of Charleston and Holly Davis of Radford, VA; great-grandchildren, Emily Baxley of Hanahan and Drake Baxley of Moncks Corner. He was preceded in death by a son, who passed in 2009, Ronnie Baxley. He honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1957 to 1959 and retired from Westvaco in 1993. He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church. Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Frank’s Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 26, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in Carolina Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow immediately after the service in Carolina Memorial Park.
