Jack Miller Weir of Ridgeville, SC earned his angel wings the morning of October 27, 2023. Born May 4, 1931 in Greenville, SC he is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Bessie Weir, brothers Don and Irving and sister Josephine. A graduate of Belton High School, Jack attended Clemson – GO TIGERS! As a veteran of the Korean War he stationed in Japan as a member of the U.S. Air Force. His 31 year career with the Federal Aviation Agency focused on the advancement of radar technology. His passions included tennis and Carolina shag dancing. His traditions, memories and love endure thru his beloved daughter Jacqueline Beth Weir Simmons (husband, David) of Ridgeville, SC.
Visitation will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 7113 Rivers Ave. North Charleston Charleston on Friday, November 3, 2023, 2:00 – 3:30 pm with a brief service to follow.
