Jeffrey Allen Troxel

He is survived by his devoted and loving spouse, Whitney Troxel, daughters Ava Troxel and Hadleigh Ortega, son Hayden Ortega, mother Carol Lewis, father Michael Hinson, sisters Raye Coward (Ryan), Stacey Troxel, Sabrina Hall (Chuck), Lindsey Boggs (Shawn), brothers Kevin Hinson (Megan), Jimmy White (Jessica), father-in-law Johnnie Harkness, mother-in-law Carol Harkness, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents Carolyn & Eugene Hood, Phyllis & Harvey Lewis, and stepmother Sheila Hinson.

Jeff graduated from Hanahan High School in 1996. He enjoyed spending time with family & friends, boating, fishing, camping, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks. Jeff never met a stranger and was always the biggest presence in every room. He was hard working and would give anyone the shirt off of his back. He was completely devoted to his family, his friends who were his chosen family, and loved to spoil all the children in his life. He lived life to the fullest and made sure every moment was memorable. He created fun and happiness everywhere he went.

A viewing will be held at Carolina Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406, on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 5-8 PM. The funeral service will take place at Restoration Church, 6058 Miami Street, Hanahan, SC 29410, on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11 am, followed by burial at Carolina Memorial Park.
