John "Ed" Judy

John “Ed” Judy, 63, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 1, 2015. He was born on January 16, 1952 to Charles and Betty Judy. He was a faithful member of Palmetto Land Baptist Church for ten years and Ferndale Baptist Church for 25 years. Ed recently retired from Berkeley County Water & Sanitation and worked for Cummins Atlantic for 27 years. He is survived by his wife, Susie, who was his best friend of 42 years; two daughters, Stacey (Jason) and Rose (Ricky); nine grandchildren, Marc, Megan, Marisa, Summer, Kyle, Hailey, Taylor, Carolina and Wesley; mother-in-law, Virginia Goddard; four brothers, Allen, David, Andy and Michael. Ed never met a stranger and always wanted to tell people about the Lord. The family will receive friends, Sunday July 5, 2015 from 6 PM till 8 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service for ED will be held 11 AM Monday, July 6, 2015 at Palmetto Land Baptist Church, 114 Tomaka Drive, Summerville, S.C. 29486. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
