

Lula was born December 8, 1930 in Lake City, South Carolina to the late Reginald and Sue Morris. She was the widow of Hugo Hill Jr after being married 43 years. She was a member of Hanahan Baptist Church and retired from Hunter Manufacturing Company. She was affectionately known to her loved ones as B-MA (BEMOMA).
She was the proud mother of two daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
She is survived by her two daughters Debbie Singletary (Harold) of Goose Creek and Kathy Trevino (Gil) of Hanahan, her five grandchildren, David Singletary (Mary), Steven Singletary (Catherine), Cynthia Follis (Brian), Kimberly DeLuise, and Armin Reynolds, 9 great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Kali (Trevar), Lindsey, Christian, Cameron, Nate, Hayden, Serenity, and Gwyn, and 1 great-great granddaughter, Harper.
She is predeceased by her 4 younger sisters, Betty Daniels, Treva Jarvis, Gladys Filyaw, and Mamie Langston, and one great-grandson, Gunnar Tyke Follis.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire caring staff at Agape Hospice, especially Vivian and Cheryl.
Family and friends are invited to her visitation Friday, March 30, 2018 from 6 PM- 8 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave North Charleston, SC 29406. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 11 AM- 12 Noon, followed by The Celebration of Life Service at 12 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with burial to immediately follow the service.
