Perry had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. He fervently cared for his family & friends and loved his Mother deeply. He was self proclaimed "Mama's Boy" and proud of it. To know Perry was to love him. His outgoing personality, love of life, and contagious laugh instantly made everyone at home in his presence.
His proudest moment was the day his son, Mason, entered into the world and everyday thereafter he & his wife spent raising him. He was overjoyed with his son's commitment to enter into the Air Force this fall.
Perry is survived by his parents, Vincent and Dina Bailey, two sisters Vinessa Hyder (Brandon) and Christina Street (Tony); 5 nephews and 3 nieces. He was predeceased by maternal grandparents Demas and Carmina Rocha, paternal grandparents Harold and Anne Bailey, a cousin Jennifer Rocha, and best friend Hoyt Alexander Goude II.
