LT Rhondalease “Rhonda” Arrington, USN (Ret.), 45 of Summerville passed away on March 22, 2015. Rhonda was born on July 5, 1969 to the late Hubert Duckett and the late Fatima Spellman in Manhattan, NY. She was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. She retired from the United States Navy after 22 years of faithful and loyal service to her country. Earlier in life, Rhonda was married to Jeffrey J. Arrington and two children were a blessing to that union: Quintel and Sterling. She is survived by her two sons, Quintel and Sterling Arrington; two grandchildren, Iilyah (4) and J’ovanni Arrington. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will take place two hours prior to the service. The family wishes to invite guests to a reception immediately following the service.
