Carolyn Romano, 51 years old, died on July 17, 2015, at her home. A loving mother, teacher and close friend to many, she inspired with her grit and perseverance, especially while battling cancer. Known for her humor and kindness, Carolyn will be forever missed by her beloved mother, Rafeala Miranda, her loving husband, Lawrence Romano, and her cherished daughters, Miranda, Alexandra, and Justine. She is also survived by her sisters, Samantha Miranda and Brenda Vega, and adored nieces and nephews. She is reunited in heaven with her father, Samuel Miranda, and sister, Annette Castelli. We will celebrate Carolyn on Thu July 23, 2015 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, North Hollywood, CA with viewing from 3:30-4:30PM and service from 4:30-5:30PM. In addition, on Fri July 24, 2015, there will be a viewing from 4:00-8:00 PM at Pierce Bros Funeral Home, North Hollywood, CA.
