Joyce Elizabeth Grogan

Joyce Elizabeth Grogan, born on September 21, 1944, in Newport News, Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, in Pompano Beach, Florida, with her loved ones by her side. Joyce loved spending time with her family and her precious dog, Malibu . Known for her warm spirit and unwavering kindness to anyone who crossed her path. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many and created lasting memories with her family and friends. Joyce will be remembered for her love of nature, animals , horseback riding and driving tractor trailers. Most importantly her dedication to her family, animals and those she cared about. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents. Shular G. Grogan (f) , Catherine Nellie Farmer-Grogan (m) son , Lance Arlen Bates, Siblings, Robert & Gloria. Survived by siblings : Gerry, Richard and Susan. Joyce was a beloved mother to Keane Allan and Wayne Aaron Bates . Grandmother to Ashleigh , Meagan , Anthony and Shane along with many great grandchildren. Services will be held on : Thursday , November 21, 2024 at 2:45 pm. In the Chapel at Star of David Memorial Gardens, 7701 Bailey Road North Lauderdale, Florida 33068.
