It is with a very very heavy heart I am writing here on this post. I only found out today of Marc's passing.  I thought of Marc as the brother I did not have. If you see this message please reach out to me 917 8398924 as I do not have your new home or cell numbers, Marc asked for some privacy last we spoke and I had no idea it was a health issue he was going through. My heart felt condolences and prayers, which I have prayed throughout the day for you all and for the peaceful rest of Marc's soul. He was my role model as a husband, father, son and sibling. He was my mentor, not only as a lawyer, but as a person, always giving me invaluable advise. He helped me prepare my cross examination for my first trial. He was a fierce and talented trial lawyer.  My heart breaks now knowing this sad sad news.

I unexpectedly came across this news, and, quite frankly, it has broken my heart. My deepest, deepest sympathies go out to all who loved Marc, those I know/knew, and those I don’t. I hope your memories give you comfort now, and always. 

My heart goes out to the family. Growing up with Mark I have so many memories. He was so funny and so kind. He made me laugh so much. A beautiful person.

This photo was taken in Cooperstown in 2006. Every time I’d see Marc he’d ask me if I wanted to tussle and we’d get into our 1800 bar fight stances and square up. Knowing him at a young age helped mold my sense of humor and my morals. He managed to get a 12 year old interested in Jeopardy and curb your enthusiasm and was the example of what it meant to be a decent person. 

So sorry to hear about this.
My next  door neighbor  in Howard Beach. Always had a smile full of life. Was like a brother  growing up. 
Rest in peace my friend.

Marc was one of my closest friends and I loved him like a brother. The world was a better place because he was in it. I always looked forward with my calls with Marc and I could count on him  to dig up some great old memories and of course make new ones. Now, these will all be deeply cherished. I will miss hearing his voice and everything else about him. We send our deepest condolences to you, Adam, Peter, and Jesse.

So sorry to hear of Marc’s passing. We shared so many memories in our years together in John Adams. The four of us were inseparable in those years. I’ll always remember going to the Lindenwood Diner. He would never order anything but always wanted to share what I had. Toasted Bagels with butter and a 7-up was always in order!I am so grateful that I had the chance to see him at the reunion in NY in 2018. I will never forget his trademark smile and the important part he played in my teenhood. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and family. 

Marc and I were classmates throughout elementary, junior and high school. We were neighbors and friends. I sat next to Marc in 3rd grade when this class picture was taken. I have many fond memories of laughing with Marc as his sense of humor was great and he had a viewpoint beyond his years. 

I’m so sad to hear that Marc has passed. I will always remember his laugh and mischievious smile.
