Mel Martin, Pharm.D Rph Died May 19, 2016 suffering from Parkinson's disease. He was a captain & Commanding Officer of the Medical Army Corps at West Point, served from 1966-69. BS Fordham University, MBA St. Thomas University & Pharm.D Nova Southeastern University. He is survived by his beloved wife Jeanne, his children Tara Rose Weinreich PhD (Rebecca) Beth Davalos, SFC Jason Martin U.S. Army (Marjorie) granddaughters Shoshanah, Ashira, Mira & Naeko, brother Harvey Leibowitz (Lynn) & sister Sharon Zadrazil (John).
