
Ruthie my beautiful sister/friend of 50 years I miss you sooo much! I think of you everyday. 
We met when we closed on our houses, two doors from each other on Harton Ct. You had Lisa & Michelle and I had Marcy and delivered Russell one week after we moved in. You came to his Bris. Then came Michael. We raised our BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN together and they became friends. Through the years we laughed and cried, through good times and bad. We shared every detail of our lives and we were always there for each other. The constant was our deep friendship. 
You were intelligent, beautiful and your kindness and generosity knew no bounds. And you possessed something that is very rare, a pure soul. 
Ruthie I’ll love you and miss you until the day I join you dancing with the Angels.

Every morning i wake up and miss you terribly. Dec 26  we would of been married 29 years. We met Sept 1991 and from the first day we met it seems like we,ve never  been apart.  We had something very special.  Thank you Ruth for giving me all those  wonderful years.  You are a very special person and  a wonderful classy lady. Your one of the woman that when they walk into a room the whole room lights up. I was so proud of you. When we moved into Wymmore very one  wanted to meet Ruth.  You left all of to soon.  I have never taken my wedding band off and never will.  i was so so so lucky to be your husband.  THANK YOU Ruth

Sweet, kind, generous, beautiful, funny, classy… the list could go on. My cousin Ruthie holds a very special place in my heart. She was truly one of a kind. The memories I have of childhood and summers spent with her and her beautiful family are forever etched in my mind. She took me in and made me feel so welcome. (Lisa and Michelle even taught me how to swim!) I used to hang out with her on the couch, Ruthie on one end, me on the other, each of us with a bag of potato chips munching away and watching tv together.   I still hear her laugh. Her voice. Her words of wisdom. And even though through the years we hadn’t seen each other in quite some time because of the distance, she was always in my heart. And will remain there forever.

My beautiful Cousin Ruthie, what is there to say about the most amazing woman I had the pleasure to call cousin. She brought love and warmth to everything and was always there to listen when you needed someone to talk to. I will never forget our summers when  Ruthie opened her house and welcomed my brother,  sister and myself to basically have our vacation in Long Island. Sadly, I was not able to get to Florida to see her in the last few years and I am truly sorry that my wife Laura never got to meet my Cousin Ruthie, as I know they would have instantly loved each other. Ruthie is one of those people that will truly be missed. My heart breaks but sends all the love I can muster for a truly beautiful person. 

I had the pleasure of meeting Ruthie in the late 90s, soon after her husband, Allen, and I became coworkers. She was beautiful inside and out, stylish, chic and classy but always warm and welcoming, always delightful, always happy to share delicious nibbles when  my husband, Stephen, and I visited.  We knew she would be a much loved, life long friend. We so enjoyed our double dates with Allen and Ruthie at Umberto's or Lester's Diner, the location didn't matter, we just had fun and engaging conversations about how much we loved our families and always a little work talk....current news....politics, always a little politics!!! We're grateful and honored that she invited us to so many family events, it made us feel like family.  She loved all of her family so much but her daughters, son in law,  son and grandchildren, wow, what joy they brought her!! We observed first hand how much she loved Lisa and John, Michael and Michelle and Michael's darling little ones, Zooey and Luca. Stephen and I have prayed for Ruthie's recovery and were so optimistic about it but we respect that God had other plans for her. We are blessed to have had her friendship for as long as we did and happy we made so many memories with her. We know that we and all others who loved her will find comfort in the memories we made with Ruthie.   

To my Darling Aunt Ruth. There are no words to say to tell you how much you mean to me. You embody the word elegance. I  love you so much, and thank you for everything you have taught me over the years. To Lisa, Michelle, and Michael I love you and my heart goes to you. Aunt Ruth you always wanted the best for us and always thought of everyone before yourself.
