Debra Lynn Holmes, age 71, of Sherwood, Arkansas, passed away in her home on March 15, 2026. She was born July 7, 1954, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, to Robert and Myrtle Stell. Debra was kind-hearted and thoughtful, known for her caring and loving nature. She loved crafting and could often be found reading in her leisure time.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, Robert Stell; her son-in-law, Kenny Fox; and one brother, Gerald Stell.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Jennifer Fox; grandchildren, Brian Sikes, Rebecca Fox, and Sky Fox; and one great-grandchild, Hazel Olson.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
