Genevieve Bernadette Hall, aged 77, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away on January 9, 2026, with her family by her side. She was born on June 30, 1948, in St. John, Newfoundland, as the fifth of eleven children to Hugh Auchinleck and Rose Dwire.
Genevieve was a beloved, compassionate, and gentle soul. She was known for her kind-hearted, selfless, and thoughtful nature. She cherished watching the birds, seeing pictures of Newfoundland, and spending time with her family and her cat, Patches. She was particularly fond of long goodbyes.
Genevieve is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hall; her parents; and five siblings: Austin, Hugh, John, Shirley, and Joan. She is survived by two sons, Jeffery (Jenneth) Lord and Jamie (Lissa) Lord; and three grandchildren, Brad, April, and Caleb, whom she loved more than anything in the world.
No services are scheduled at this time. Genevieve Bernadette Hall was dearly loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
