James Edgar Gibson, 84, of North Little Rock passed away October 27, 2021 in his residence. James was born on January 26, 1937 in McCrory, Arkansas; the son of Orville and Klover (Jeffries) Gibson. He married his wife Judia (Guy) Gibson on March 26, 1961, sharing 60 years of marriage. He worked as a clerk for Rock Island Railroad, and was a US Army veteran of the 101st Airborne Division.
James leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Judia of North Little Rock, daughter Alisa Parker and her husband Jason of North Little Rock, grandchildren Drake Clouse of Little Rock and Alex Tarvin of Malvern, a brother Buddy Gibson and his wife Sarah of Sherwood, a sister-in-law Sandra Priest and her husband Charles of Mabelvale, 6 nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately, with entombment at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.
