Sherwood, AR age 83 passed away on February 11, 2021. Paul was born September 9, 1937 in England, AR the son of the late Paul J. and Iva Davidson Capps. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Patsy Marie "Patti" Capps; daughters, Paula Eve (Randy) Benton and Pamela (Andy) McCallister; grandchildren, John Randall (Alex) Benton, Justin Andrew (Renee) Benton, Nicole J. Farrar and Michael Paul Schiefer; great-grandchildren, Ellis Matthew Benton, Mariah Hagan, Gabriel Schiefer, Hayden Wampler and Carsyn Waddell; brother, Reginald Barry (Martha E.) Capps; nephew, Barry Capps. Paul was an attorney for over 37 years, was a member of the Bar Association; he loved Muzzle loading, blue grass music and could play several instruments including violin, piano, guitar and tuba.
A private family only graveside service to be held at Rest Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to your local Humane Society.
