

Warren was a devoted and hardworking man who dedicated more than 20 years of service to Skippy, where he earned a reputation for reliability, integrity, and an unwavering work ethic. A true jack of all trades, he had a deep love for learning and an uncanny ability to fix just about anything. He found joy in music, cooking, and cruising the streets in his prized vehiclessimple pleasures that brought him great happiness. Among his most cherished memories was his time as a DJ at KOKY, where his passion for music truly came alive.
Above all, Warrens greatest love was his family. His children and grandchildren were the pride and joy of his life, filling his days with purpose and light. He deeply valued loyalty, friendship, and togetherness, and he treasured time spent with his many friends whenever he wasnt immersed in one of his many passions.
Warren was born on March 17, 1956, in New York to the late James Johnson and Charlotte Davis. He was raised in Brownsville, New York, and graduated from George Westinghouse Vocational & Technical High School in 1975. His lifes journey later brought him to Jacksonville, Arkansas, after joining the United States Air Forcean experience that would shape his future and open the door to lifelong connections.
While in Arkansas, Warren met the love of his life, Deborah Gail Johnson, with whom he shared 33 years of marriage. Together, they built a life grounded in love, pride, hard work, and unwavering support. They raised five children and faced lifes challenges side by side, emerging stronger through perseverance, unity, and faith in one another.
Warrens legacy is one of strength, wisdom, laughter, and quiet dependability. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his impact will live on through the lives he touched.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children:

Keemo Richardson II, Kabrina Richardson, Eryn Hill, Khalid Hill, Jasmine Johnson, Alexia Melvin, Talyah Melvin, Ahmad Pinkard, Nacaira Davis, Gabrielle Johnson, Michael E. Pinkard, Eshan Kamal, Zayn Kamal, Kaden Kamal, Warren Johnson III, James Johnson, Daitiana Johnson, and Sarah Johnson;
his great-grandsons, Jaydin Sims and Julien Battle;
his brother, Bryant J. Johnson Sr.;
a special friend, Regina Penn and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Warrens life at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the chapel of Griffin LeggettRest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
