Fernando Eusebio Fandino passed away on February 27, 2026 at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, at the age of 76. Born on August 14, 1949, in Matanzas, Matanzas Province, Cuba, Fernando resided in North Miami Beach, Florida. Fernando is survived by Robert Arnold Paulsen, husband, and by brothers Raul Fandino, Jr. and Ray Fandino.
Fernando is preceded in death by his parents, Raul A. and Georgina M. (Amador) Fandino and brother, Tony Fandino.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels, 17250 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL 33160, US, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a Service at 3:00 pm.
