Dear Andres, Jessica,Sophie,and Noah, please accept my most heartfelt condolences.   What an incredibly beautiful soul, your Mom, my cousin , we lost way too soon.   We may have lived far apart., and yet there was a definite closeness.  I will cherish my wonderful memories of Dena.  Summer of Expo 67, Dena came to Montreal and 13 yr.old me was so impressed by this beautiful girl with very long shiny black hair and a huge  smile, and the kindest heart.  We spent much time sightseeing together and I adored her.
Also special memory was our wonderful family gathering in Florida Dec. 2019.  We ate and drank and sang together and had so much fun.  Andres, you and your beautiful family are a true testament of  how special your Mom was, as it is very obvious you inherited her kindness and warmth and spunky nature.  She fought her battle with great courage and determination.  May you be comforted with great memories and know that she will be deeply missed,but never forgotten.  No more sorrows…. Dear Andres and family, my heart is filled with sadness for you.  My dear cousin Dena possessed a soul of warmth, caring and joy.  Her smiles were as big as her heart.  Even though we were separated by geography, we were still lovingly close.  We shall all miss her and her memory will remain forever etched in our hearts.  Be at peace.
