Roberto Chehebar-Esses, age 78, of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Cleveland Clinic and Hospital, Weston, Florida. Roberto was born in Bogota, Colombia on May 31, 1945 to Abraham and Helen (Esses) Chehebar.
Roberto is survived by his wife, Maria Victoria Betancur; daughter, Helene Chehebar; son, Abraham Chehebar; and daughter, Andrea Chehebar; brother, Simon Chehebar, brother, Moises Chehebar, sister, Lily Schmutter and sister, Norma Rausch; his 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Silvya Simhon.
A graveside service for Roberto will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM in Mount Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery, 1125 NW 137th Street, Miami, Florida 33168.
