My Condolences to the Family of Eddie Sanchez. I worked with Eddie in the D. A. Squad in Brooklyn. He was a gentleman and someone who was easy to talk to. May he Rest In Peace.

My Sincerest condolences 💐 Me and Eddie grew up together loving Roberto Clemente eating from our Mom’s table Eddie was my Sister’s Brenda first boyfriend. 
We made a vow to chase our dreams of becoming MLB Players We got our uniforms Me first with U.S Army then he with NYPD 😊 I love this kid no one work at his craft harder 

I am so sorry to hear of Eddie “s passing. I remember him well. He LOVED baseball and was often in the big yard across the street from our (Bubba, Sistah, Brend a,nd Kenny’s) house on Chauncey Street.   We will all miss him dearly.

EDDIE !!! We met through a mutual friend ( Siso)  when we were paired for his wedding party in 1988. A lifetime ago.. Though we haven’t seen or spoken in years I remember all the laughter we shared .  Your comedic timing was incredible. Loved how you could recall  lines from The Honeymooners or Seinfeld . Your big smile would light up a room ! Until we meet again , Thank You for the laughs and memories.  Rest in Peace . May your family feel comfort knowing you were awesome and you loved them very much .

Eddie and I were fellow Detectives in NYPD Kings County DA office.  He was a highly experienced and knowledgeable investigator, an asset to the Unit.   He was very friendly and would make everyone smile, he would always make himself available to assist his fellow PD brothers in any situation.   When he left NYPD, he was missed as, I’m sure his new Florida PD family will miss his great personality and professionalism.   Rest in Peace Brother.   Sincerely Herbert Jesse Colon
