Olga Maria Fernandez

She graduated from University of Havana and began working as a psychiatrist. Olga was actively involved in the Charismatic Prayer Church of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. As well, Olga loved to travel and take care of her family.

Olga is preceded in death by her husband Enrique Fernandez and her siblings Nilda Lee, Victorina Cabado, Hilda Alfonso, Elias Alfonso, and Felix Alfonso.

Olga is survived by her daughter Silvia Benson, son in law Edwin Benson, son Richard Fernandez, daughter in law Lauren Fernandez, and granddaughters Victoria Benson and Elizabeth Fernandez.

The family would like to thank the friends and staff at Epworth Village for the care and compassion they showed our beloved Olga.

Olga María Fernández de Hialeah, Florida falleció el 27 de noviembre de 2023 a la edad de 89 años. Nació el 9 de julio de 1934 en La Habana, Cuba donde también creció.

Se graduó en la Universidad de La Habana y comenzó a trabajar como psiquiatra. Olga participó activamente en el Carismático. Iglesia de Oración Iglesia Católica Santa Rosa de Lima. También, A Olga le encantaba viajar y cuidar de su familia.

A Olga le antecede en la muerte su esposo Enrique Fernández y sus hermanos Nilda Lee, Victorina Cabado, Hilda Alfonso, Elías Alfonso y Félix Alfonso. A Olga le sobreviven su hija Silvia Benson, su yerno Edwin Benson, su hijo Richard Fernández, su nuera Lauren Fernández y sus nietas Victoria Benson y Elizabeth Fernández.
