Oswald Lloyd Turner

Jimmy, and Baba, entered this world on June 5,

1932 in the parish of Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica. He

was the 13th of 13 children born to the late Hubert

and Naomi Cole Turner. He attended Nain

Primary and Secondary in the Parish of Saint

Elizabeth.

He married Marjorie Hamilton who preceded him

in death in 1979. He fathered seven children;

Fitzgerald Turner (Paulette), Tim Turner (Linette),

Judith Thomas (Leroy), Wayne Turner (Shernette),

Ricky Turner, Annette G. Bloomfield (Nalford) &

D'Arlene Ashley (Edward). His son Fitzgerald

Turner preceded him in death.

Oswald departed this life on December 5, 2020

leaving behind his children, 16 grandchildren, 27

great grandchildren, and a host of nieces,

nephews, relatives and friends.
