

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rony Eril, who left us on August 1, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on October 31, 1949, in Petit-Trou-de-Nippes, Haiti, Rony was the beloved son of Leclin Eril and Evenia Germian.
Rony received his primary education in Haiti and practiced his Catholic faith with devotion throughout his life. In 1994, he moved to the United States, where he made a living as a factory worker. His work ethic and determination were matched only by his zest for life.
Rony was a devoted father to his four children and took immense joy in his family. His love for music, dancing, and telling jokes brought laughter and warmth to those around him. Rony's most cherished pleasure was eating; he was known for his saying, "Give it all to me, I'm never full," a testament to his boundless enthusiasm for life's simple joys.
Rony leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, survived by his children Marie Yolette Eril, Guerda Raphael(Guito), Sheilla Eril, Derrickson Eril. grandchildren Jean Billy Turenne, Carl orlens Accime, Evender Pierre, Daren Raphael, Chelsea Raphael, Ezra Souffrant, Elijah Souffrant, Delilah Souffrant. Neice Yanick Clement, Amise Joseph, and a host of other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for his vibrant spirit and the joy he brought to those he loved.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday, August 9, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Southern Funeral Home, 15011 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, Florida 33181. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 12:00 PM at The Cathedral of St. Mary, 7525 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33150. An entombment will occur Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial Park, 15000 W Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida 33181.
