With hearts full of love and sorrow, we celebrate the beautiful life of Cheryl—a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and precious great-grandmother whose warmth touched everyone she met. Cheryl passed away on May 1st, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Jim Dundas; her beloved mother, Joyce Creech; her son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Natascha; her treasured granddaughters, Annaliesse Rucker and Tatiana Benevides; and her adored great-granddaughters, Zelda and Maevie Rucker. Cheryl lived with a joyful spirit and a heart that overflowed with compassion for both people and animals. She was a truly gifted artist who found happiness in painting and expressing the beauty she saw in the world. She also had a deep love for music, which filled her days and added to the joy she so naturally shared with others. More than anything, she had a rare and beautiful gift—she made everyone around her feel deeply loved, welcomed, and important. Her laughter was endless, her kindness unwavering, and her love boundless. She especially cherished time with her grandchildren, creating magical memories through sweet, spontaneous tea parties filled with imagination, warmth, and joy. In those moments, and in so many others, Cheryl had a way of turning the ordinary into something truly special.
She will be remembered for her gentle heart, her vibrant creativity, and the deep love she gave so freely. The world feels a little quieter without her, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Forever missed, forever cherished, and forever loved.
