She was born Deborah Eileen Meehan on April 5, 1953, to James and Jeanette Meehan, of Bergenfield, NJ. Deborah was educated at St. John the Evangelist School and Holy Angels Academy.
She later worked in various fields, and more recently managed her own dog - care business. Debbie had a lifelong, ardent love for dogs. She also enjoyed cooking and reading. Her friends and family knew her to be intelligent, witty, generous, and politically aware.
Deborah is survived by four brothers: James, of Bolivia, N.C.; Terrance, of Riviera Beach, FL; Timothy, of Manchester, NH; and Thomas, of Hopkinton, NH. Deborah will be interred at Riverside Cemetery in Tequesta.
A family gathering is planned.
