

You could not ask for a more loving and caring person. He loved kids and all water sports. He participated in Junior Drag Racing for over 10 years. At the age of 13, Craig made the choice to become a born again Christian. He attended Summit Christian School and school in Buenos Aries, Argentina. Craig traveled around the world with his Dad. He enjoyed construction and worked in the hotel family business. Craig loved spending time with his mother’s side of the family up north.
Craig is survived by his father, Gary (Julia Henning) Hillert; his mother, Kathleen (Jerry) Duckowitz; his siblings, Christina (Jose) Montes de Oca, Matthew (Jenny) Starr, and Katherine Hillert; his step-brother Jason (Michelle) Duckowitz; his nine aunts and uncles; his twenty-seven cousins; and his six nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 17 from 5:00-8:00pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 754 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Friends may gather on Saturday, July 18, from 1:00-2:00pm at Howard-Quattlebaum with interment to follow at 2:30pm at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469.
In lieu of flowers, a toy may be brought to honor Craig’s memory or donations may be made to Toys for Tots, www.toysfortots.org.
