Janet moved to Palm Beach Shores, FL in 1957 from Port Washington, NY with her husband, Rudy, and two young children only to have two more and raise a family of four on Singer Island, FL.
She is survived by her children Penny Meissner (Michael) Silver, Raymond (Becky) Meissner, Scott Meissner, and Melinda Meissner Barham; her seven grandchildren, Jennifer Fell Berry, Aaron Meissner, Ashley Meissner, Scotty Meissner, Tyler Meissner, Chase Meissner, and Madison Barham; and her two great-grandchildren, Desiree Howard and C.J. Howard.
Friends may gather on Wednesday, February 17 from 4:30-5:00pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center with a Celebration of Life beginning at 5:00pm.
