John, age 91, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2016. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 15, 1925. He was predeceased by his wife, who he married in April 1947, until her passing in 2010. He was in the Navy and a WWII Veteran and served his country with pride and dignity. He relocated from NY to Jupiter, FL in 1991 after spending over 35 years with Cummins Diesel Engine company while living in Wantagh, Long Island, NY. He is survived by his son, Thomas; grandson, Sean; and brother, Terry, along with several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 17 from 11:00am-12:00pm with a service to begin at 12:00pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 754 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Interment to take place at the South Florida National Cemetery where he will be buried with Eleonore’s urn to be joined forever.
