Ms. Norma Costa Anselmo, daughter of Leonard Costa and Carmella Gueli, was born November 17, 1946 in Brooklyn New York. She was 70 years old and died on December 4, 2016. She passed away in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Norma was an active parishioner of the Saint Ignatius Loyola Cathedral for many years. She served many years assisting in Altar Boy scheduling, teaching Religious Education, a core member in the Life Teen Ministry, actively involved in the Girl Scout Religious Awards and the Eucharistic Ministry. Norma had a caring heart and an affinity for children, she took care and nurtured many children in her Home Daycare. She will always be remembered as a faithful servant of God.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of many, especially of her children: Mark Anselmo, Matthew Anselmo, Jennifer Gordon, Anna Anselmo, her five grandchildren; Paulina Anselmo, Katrina Anselmo, Matthew Anselmo Jr., Julia Gordon and Jessica Gordon, her sisters: Dolly Costa, Rosemary Sells and Debra McKew, her friends (Sisters in Christ): Pat Key, Jean Seelinger, Sharon Cahill, Dorothy Banazewski, Erin Gleeson, and Joyce Beaudoin, plus the many souls she had touched throughout her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna and Carol.
