Paul, born in Detroit, MI, attended the Air Force Academy. Upon graduation in 1966, he served his country in Vietnam where he piloted F-4s. He became a full Colonel, before retiring from active duty in 1978 and the Reserves in 1989. His subsequent work in the defense industry in operations analysis was ahead of its time.
Paul’s zest for life and love for his family defined him. He loved music, playing tennis and golf at The Club at Ibis, and grilling for friends and family. He co-founded the KIND Foundation to support children with learning disabilities.
Paul is survived by his wife, Kathy, his sons Chris (Mandy) and Tim, Megan (Narric) Rome and Maureen (Ryan) Greene, and his grandchildren Bailey, Madden, Will, Colin, Griffin, and Hadley. He is preceded into heaven by his first wife, Barb, and grandsons, Jake and Ethan Sheridan.
A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 12pm on Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation.
