Fred John (Capt. Retired) passed away peacefully on January 5, 2023 at the age of 86 in Lion’s Gate Hospital. He was predeceased by granddaughter Natasha. Fred is survived by his wife Mary Lou; 4 children, Fred, Karen, Tara and Ken as well as their families consisting of 6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. He also leaves behind 2 brothers, Tom and Ross.
Fred was proud of his military career in the Canadian Forces. He was commissioned from the ranks and went on serve as a LORE, LEME and finally a RCEME officer.
There will be no service at his request.
