Helen Sparrow will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  Her smile touched a lot of people and I am grateful and honoured to have known her.  My thoughts, my love and my prayers are with the Sparrow family at this difficult time.

Sending condolence to the sparrow family, she leaves a family legacy behind that is filled with love, leadership, values, teachings and much more.  I know many of you and send prayers for time to heal and to ask to share the memories in your heart that she left you, pray for her journey to family and your own journeys and road ahead.

To the Sparrow family -  so sorry to hear of the passing of Helen.  She was a great woman and always very kind. She will be greatly missed by many. Thinking of you all at this time.

Dear Family members of Helen; Wendy, Gail, Debbie, Cindy, Johnna, Robyn, Brian Ricky & Chief Wayne, how devastating and how heart breaking, especially because I always thought of my friend as indestructible and inviolable and although we were each at home in our wheel chairs, I thought of Helen often and truly missed her, now that she is no longer here, I feel so bereft and I know that words alone cannot ease your loss, your grief and pain.  Your mother was a powerhouse and over the years I came to not only respect but to love her because she was so adorable, honest, caring, and above all loving without one nasty bone in her body.  We would commiserate with one another about our aches and pains and Helen could be self effacing at times, she had a great sense of humor.  Helen took great pride in all of her children, she loved them all equally and I marveled at what a wonderful woman she was and was absolutely amazed at her strength, her abilities, her flexibility.  I who had only one child and Helen had ten and she did a phenomenal job raising these 10.  Helen was wonder woman, bar none.  She always had the cleanest house, you could eat off her floors, and yet in spite of all this she had a fun house, grand children and great grand children frolicked here, had the odd mini accident dumping a drink or food, no problem granny would clean it up.  Helen drove me around Musquem in her great big golf cart and we had a ball.  Helen sweetheart in my books you will always be number one, a queen above all queens.  I still see you collecting the beautiful silver ware that you gifted each child with, proudly showing me the collection you had tucked away.  Rest in peace beautiful Helen, lord knows you deserve to have your feet elevated and where you are - no more pain or suffering, I will miss you and though you are now gone, I shall never ever forget you. Our condolences on the passing of your amazing mother, grand mother, great grand mother and friend to so many. She will be missed by a great many whom she loved and inspired.

Helen was a pillar of strength in the community.  She was my rock as she was to so many others.  

I will miss her presence even though I have not seen her much of late, she has always been in my thoughts.

God does not bless us with such a  wonderful person everyday.  She was very special and I am so fortunate to have had her in my life and been able to call her friend!

I will miss her and her wisdom.

May you find comfort in knowing how many lives your mother, grandmother and great grandmother touched and what an wonderful example she was to us all.
