Jim Aspinall passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at the age of 95. He will be deeply missed by his son James (Jim Jr.), his nephews Kevin, and Brad. Fondly remembered by brothers Ed (Ann), John (Heather) and countless other family and friends. Jim was predeceased by his beloved wife, Claire, sister Helen (Norm) and brother Merrill (Sylvia). Jim was born in Montreal and was a bush pilot in Canada’s North and around the world for many years, flying both fixed-wing and helicopters. He and Claire eventually settled in the West, Calgary, Fort Nelson and finally Richmond. A celebration of life is contemplated at a future date.
