Janice J Ray passed away in North Vancouver on March 4th. She is survived by her Son, Kevin Ray and Daughter, Gael Ruby, one Grandchild, Juniper and a Great Grandchild, Zoe.
Jan was a uniquely loving and creative human being. She wrote poetry from an early age, loved music, dance, literature, and she loved crows! She Immigrated to Canada in 1969 with her youngest, Kevin, and obtained a BA and MA in literature from Simon Fraser University. She worked at UBC Library until retirement.
