Carolyn M. Mills CAMPBELL, Texas Carolyn M. Mills, age 83, of Campbell, Texas, died May 24, 2011, at home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Billy Gray officiating and Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mills, Sr.; her son, William (Bill) Mills, Jr.; her parents, Lester and Brazzie Mills; and eight brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Sherri Scott of Houston, Texas; her sister, Eva Mills Patton of Coker; her daughter-in-law, Margie Mills of Campbell, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She accepted Christ as a teenager and was a former member of Bethany Baptist Church. Carolyn had a sweet and gentle spirit and will be remembered for all of the love and kindness she gave so freely.
