Charles Ramsey, age 71, of Coker, died Dec. 9, 2010, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be noon Sunday at El Bethel Buncum Methodist Church with Bryan Allen and Ray Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in El Bethel Buncum Methodist Church Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Ramsey; his father, Scott Ramsey; and his mother, Alma Christian.
Survivors include his wife, Sadie Ramsey; his daughters, Cricket Hutchinson (Randy) and Kay Allen; his sons, Terry Jo Ramsey, Robert Sullivan, and Ray Sullivan (Sissy); his sister, Shelia Holder (William); nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
We love you, and you will be greatly missed.
Pallbearers will be Randy Hutchinson, Robert Sullivan, Fred Wales, Wesley Wilson, Gary Pinney, and Jared Hunt.
Honorary pallbearers include Sullivan Trucking.
