Mildred L Barger

Mildred Loretta Barger, age 83, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama went to be with her Savior December 11, 2022.

She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandma, sister, aunt and friend of all.

She was predeceased by her mother and father Cora Lee and Moody Barger and Sister Vivian Currington.

Survivors include daughter Wanda Kelsey (Alec), brothers Dewey and Harold Barger. Grandchildren Lisa Turner, Shawn Turner and Amber Kelsey, six great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends. Mother loved the Lord with all her heart and is resting now with Him.

Visitation is at Sunset funeral home Thursday night December 15, 2022 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and the Celebration of Life Funeral service will be on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with Brother Malcolm Frase presiding. The final resting place will be at Piney Woods Cemetery on 69 North.

Servine as pallbearers: Matthew Moss, Alec Kelsey, Shawn Turner, Brandan Turner, Glenn Kizziah and Robert Bond.

Honorary Pallbearers are the nurses in DCH ICU, and her many friends.
