Shane was a graduate of Northside High School and the University of Alabama. He was employed many years at the Cottondale Post Office where he met and made many friends. He had many interests including sports, billiards, guitars, coaching, cars, motorcycles or anything with speed. He loved art and creating whether it was drawing or customizing. He loved making something out of nothing. He pursued his passion for creating by establishing Primitive Cycle Inc. where he was able to build, create and customize motorcycles. Here he met and made so many friends from all walks of life. If you knew him, you knew he was real. He walked the walk and his word was his bond.
He will be remembered as a loyal and loving husband, father, son, and friend to many. Above all, he was an awesome Daddy. His greatest creation and passion was his two fine sons. They did everything together. He lead them in everything and, most importantly, in their faith. He inspired many with his extraordinary life, exceptional character, and inner strength.
