

Timothy "Timmy Scott" Bordelon, age 42, of Gordo, Alabama passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. He was born on December 15, 1981, in New Orleans, LA. Timmy, as he was affectionately known, enjoyed life to the fullest and was beloved by all who knew him.
Timmy's educational journey included Gordo Elementary, Gordo High School, and Shelton State Community College. Timmy's career in B F Goodrich Tire Manufacturing was a source of pride for him. Outside of work, he found joy in hunting and fishing, pursuing his hobbies with passion.
He is survived by his mother, Dorita Jones (Herbert); father, Alvin Bordelon (Regina), grandparents, Joyce and Bruce Hallman; sisters, Lisa Whitten (Jon), Nicole Griffin (Jeff), Jill Ragsdale (Doyle); brothers, Joey Bordelon (Jennifer), Dain Jones, Cary Jones; girlfriend, Krissy Tant; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Timmy is preceded in death by granddad, Raymond Jones; grandparents, Mary and Bill Dean; and brother, Robbie Tidmore.
A visitation for Timmy will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at Sunset Brown-Service Funeral Home, 3802 Watermelon Road, Northport, Alabama 35473 followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Haygood Church Cemetery, 19364 Reed Mtn. Rd., Northport, Alabama 35475.
Serving as pallbearers are Duncan Bordelon, Dawson Bordelon, Zack Box, Ricky Sharpe, John Jones, Andrew Connell, Sam Williams, and David Standifer. Honorary pallbearers are B F Goodrich Tire Manufacturing, Gordo Masonic Lodge #564, USW Local 351L, The Crossing at North River, DCH MICU, DCH Palliative Care Unit, Molly Tant, Kelli Hicks, and Gordo High School Class of 2001.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Celebrate Recovery in memory of Timmy.
Timmy will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
