

Vennie Jean Tyner Lollar, age 44, of Tuscaloosa, died Feb. 9, 2010, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church with Preacher Jonathan Ivy and Rev. Dennie Wenfroe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ollie and Vennie Tyner.
Survivors include her husband, Jeffery Lollar; her sons, Scotty Lollar (Angie) and Lane Lollar (Betsy); her sister, Camille Hunter (Robert); her brother, Jerry Tyner (Wanda); her parents, Robert and Lynne Tyner; her grandchildren, Dustin Lollar, T.J. Lollar, and Nathan Lollar; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Vennie was a loving person to people, and she loved her animals. She was a caretaker and loved to care for her loved ones. She will be greatly missed by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brad Banks, Chris Sealy, Micheal Hallum, Corey Wright, Wesley Tyner, Jason Morrison, Jamie Williamson, and Nicholas Hallum.
Honorary pallbearers are all present and former employees of Estes North, Tim and Donna Sealy, and Home Health Care nurses.
