Christian Craig Prokop passed away at his home on April 23, 2016. A visitation will be held at Chapel of the Oaks - Oakwood Memorial Park, 22601 Lassen St., Chatsworth, California, on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm also in the chapel. Interment will be at Oakwood Memorial Park.
