Andrew Andy W Pearson

He was a graduate of Ledyard High in 1976. Andy, as he was known by all, worked in the construction field most of his life. He had owned his own business and worked for many construction companies over the years, the most current of which was Chereza Excavation of Pawcatuck, CT.

Andy was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 112 of Montville and the American Legion Riders Post 112. He loved boating, fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his beloved son Cody Pearson of Griswold. He was known by his family and friends as a “jack of all trades” and was able to fix almost anything that broke. He always made himself available to friends in need.

He will be truly missed by his parents, Herbert and Joan Pearson, son; Cody Pearson, sister; Linda Pearson & Kenneth Crossett, step-children and their families that he loved like his own; Brendan Marquis and Ryan Marquis of Canterbury, Lindsey Gladue of Griswold, Justin Marquis of Groton, Travis Marquis of Plainfield, Jenna Marquis and Tyler Marquis of Griswold, and his loving companion, Carol Mugavero of Montville.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 4pm – 6pm at Church & Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich, CT with a Funeral Service commencing at 6pm. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
