

Annette T. Lussier, 78, of Baltic, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2025, after a long illness. She was born on November 13, 1946, in Putnam, CT, the daughter of the late Alexander and Doris (Grenier) Breault.
Annette spent most of her adult life at Electric Boat, where she worked as a welder and welding supervisor, later retiring as a security guard. She was a lifetime member of the Baltic Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, serving many years as President.
Annette loved her flowers and her birds, often spending hours each day watching them from her home. She made friends wherever she went, always offering a warm smile, and she cherished the time spent with her family and close friends.
She is survived by her children, Paul Lussier Jr. of Norwich, and Tina Deschamps and her husband Eric of Baltic. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Stephanie West and her partner Ryan of Willimantic, and Taylor Rinbolt and her husband Andrew of Oakdale; and her great-grandson, Jameson Rinbolt—affectionately known to her as “little Bum”—who brought joy and a smile to her face even in difficult times and pain.
Annette is also survived by her sisters, Irene Hobbes and her husband Bill of Canterbury, and Phyllis Breault of Winter Haven, FL; as well as numerous extended family members, including sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In addition to her parents, Annette was predeceased by her brother, Morris Breault; her grandson-in-law, Sebastian West; and her former husband, Paul Lussier Sr.
Annette will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Annette will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 70 W Main St., Baltic, CT. Following the mass, a burial will occur at St. Mary Cemetery, 183 Willimantic Rd., Baltic, CT.
