David was born January 1, 1955 in Norwich, the son of the late Dr. Harvey and Marjorie (Kramer) Mandell.
He married Magdalaida (Mendoza) October 26, 2008 in Norwich.
David was a very prolific writer of copyright law and social Security. He was a member of the CT and FL Bar Association. He loved tennis, jogging and duck pin bowling. He was an avid UVM hockey fan and loved all University of Oklahoma sports.
In addition to his loving wife Iada, David is survived by his brothers Ross Mandell and Marc Mandell and by his step children Laura and James.
A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Norwich Hebrew Benevolent Cemetery #2 in Preston at 10 am.
The Church and Allen Funeral Home in Norwich, is assisting the family with arrangements.
