Edward was born in Norwich on January 1, 1938, son to the late Lloyd and Edna (Green) Brown. He was predeceased by his wife Cheryl Elaine (DeGroff) Brown on September 28, 2019.
Edward and Cheryl lived 54 years married to each other and are survived by Jeffrey A. Brown (Heather), Lloyd E. Brown (Amanda), Marvin P. Brown, Stanley E. Brown and Michael Howard. He is also survived by one brother and one sister; Louis Brown and Alice Sowell. He is survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Edward was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a construction laborer for Millstone. He loved his family very much and would do anything to help anyone just like his wife. He was a great man and very funny. He was truly loved by many people.
